I am Gary Kraeger. I started
Competitive Appraisals
in 2001 after working for three years at a large appraisal
firm in Milwaukee.
Competitive
Appraisals is located near Waterford,
Wisconsin, which is in Western Racine County and is
just southwest of Metropolitan Milwaukee.
I personally perform all of the steps for all of the
appraisals for Competitive
Appraisals.
Originally, I was a full time real estate agent and
became a “transitional appraiser” in the early ‘90’s,
when appraisers first became licensed and regulated.
I still maintain a real estate broker’s license, even
though I’ve been appraising real estate full time since
1998.
In Wisconsin, there are three different designations
of real estate appraisers: Licensed, Certified Residential
and Certified General. I am a Certified Residential
Appraiser.
Being a Certified Residential Appraiser, means that
I am State approved to appraise commercial properties
up to $250,000 in value and most any residential properties,
regardless of value.
I have an excellent record of professional service,
being on the Federal Veterans Administration (Fed VA)
roster of appraisers for Milwaukee County, and the adjacent
counties in Southeastern Wisconsin. I am approved to
perform Federal Housing Administration (FHA) appraisals,
including “reverse mortgages”.
Experience, an outstanding record, and good reputation
make Competitive Appraisals your best choice for your
home or commercial appraisals.
